1. 4 years above experience in AR/GL/Audit; Audit in big 4 and BPO experience will be preferred 2. Bachelor above in finance related major 3. Driving Project execution and strong team lead experience 4. A self-motivated, driven individual with high energy, initiative, achievement focus and accountability 5. Strong relationship management skills, ability to work with cross functional and cross regional teams 6. Keen to learn and open to new knowledge/improvement 7. Be capable of balancing when working under pressure 8. Be eligible to adapt to changes constantly 9. Proficient user for finance system, like oracle 10. Fluent English(in both Oral and Writing) and Japanese will be a plus
